Tried a Scotch Luxardo Manhattan thing:
2 oz. Scotch (I had Macallan, but a cheaper blended varietal is probably a better use of Scotch)
1 oz. Luxardo
1/2 oz. Lillet
Smoked orange bitters
1 lemon twist
Also tried a chocolate (!!) Luxardo Manhattan thing:
2 oz. Makers Mark
1 oz. Luxardo
1/2 oz. Averna
Woodford Reserve chocolate bitters
2 Luxardo cherries with a bit of syrup
Both were delish, based on this IPA Manhattan (because, really, what do you do with Luxardo?):
